I’ve been dreading the gem upgrades for our hosting dashboard app that I’ve been procrastinating on for far too long. But today I’ve discovered and tried bundleup, and goodness gracious does this tool make things easier! Not only does it display which upgrades are going to happen, and which of these are going to cross major version boundaries. It also tells you which gems are being held back by version constraints – maybe unnecessarily so?
